Cancellation Policy
3 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable portion of the payment. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, in addition to the non-refundable portion. Rescheduling within this timeframe will also incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Less than 24-Hour Notice / No-Show: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged. Rescheduling will incur a $25 fee. After Session Start: Once a session begins, no refunds will be issued.
