My path into this work began through years of searching for deeper meaning beneath what appeared "fine" on the surface. Growing up Armenia and later moving to the U.S., I carried experiences of cultural transition, emotional silence, grief and the quiet ways we learn to keep moving while disconnecting from ourselves.
Over time, life invited me into a different kind of listening. What began as a search for healing became a return to presence, self - trust and a deeper relationship with my inner world. Through energy work and the Expansion Principle, I found practices that helped me reconnect with parts of myself that had long been quieted beneath survival and expectation.
Today, I hold space for others navigating their own unfolding; those in seasons of transition, grief or quiet unraveling. Not from a place of having all the answers, but from a shared understanding of what it means to seek clarity, connection and inner truth.
I believe healing is not about becoming someone new, it's the gentle process of remembering what has always been with us.
