ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICES

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have voluntarily elected to participate in services provided by Suzanna Vardanyan, utilizing the Source, Shamanic Energetics, Expansion Principle energetics, intuition, cards, and anything else that will enhance my experience. I understand that these sessions are intended to promote relaxation, stress relief, and personal growth, but are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

UNDERSTANDING THE NATURE OF ENERGY HEALING

I understand that energy healing is a complementary therapy and that the results of these sessions are not guaranteed. I acknowledge that any healing, shifts, or changes I experience are based on my own efforts and responses to the energy work. I further understand that Suzanna Vardanyan is not diagnosing or treating any specific medical condition or psychological disorder.

LIABILITY RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in Suzanna Vardanyan and Sacred Soul Blossom's services is entirely voluntary. I voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. I release Suzanna Vardanyan and Sacred Soul Blossom, along with its owners and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in any and all the services.

HEALTH & CRISIS DISCLAIMER

These sessions are not substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If I am experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, including thoughts of self-harm, I understand it is my responsibility to seek appropriate emergency support rather than rely on these sessions.

RIGHT TO PAUSE OR END PARTICIPATION

I understand that I may pause or end a session at any time, for any reason, without penalty beyond the cancellation and refund terms outlined in this agreement.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suzanna Vardanyan and Sacred Soul Blossom from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from my actions, conduct, or breach of this agreement during my participation in services.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from these services, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith direct communication. If resolution annot be reached, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of State of Oregon, rather than through court litigation.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State og Oregon, USA, regarless of client's location or country of residence.

AGE REQUIREMENT / MINORS

Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and sign this agreement on their behalf prior to participation.

SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Suzanna Vardanyna / Sacred Soul Blossom regarding these services.

Sacred Soul Blossom is a growing practice, and these terms may be updated from time to time to reflect the evolving nature of Suzanna Vardanyan's services. The most current version will always be available on this site. Continued use of Suzanna Vardanyan's services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Suzanna Vardanyan encourages participants to review this policy periodically.

MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

Sacred Circle is a small, intentionally limited membership. Enrollment is by invitation and may be capped at any time to preserve the intimacy of the space. Access includes a live monthly gathering, a monthly recorded energy alchemy, and a private community space for connection between calls.

NATURE OF SERVICES

Sacred Circle includes energetics, intuition, card work and group energy healing intended to support relaxation, connection and personal growth. It is a complementary offering and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. Suzanna Vardanyan does not diagnose or treat any medical condition or psychological disorder, individually. or within the group setting.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY RELEASE

By joining, I voluntarily assume any risks associated with participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and release Suzanna Vardanyan and Sacred Soul Blossom, along with its representatives, from any liability, claims or damages arising from my participation.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Sacred Circle is a shared space held in trust. Members agree to engage with respect, confidentiality, and care toward one another. Sharing another member's personal story, experience or identity outside the group without their consent is not permitted. Suzanna Vardanyan reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct compromises the safety or integrity of the space, without refund for the remaining period.

CONFIDENTIALITY

What is shared within the Circle: live or in the community space; stays within the Circle. Suzanna Vardanyan may use general, anonymized reflections for educational or marketing purpose, but no member's identity or personal details will be disclosed without consent.

CONSENT TO RECORDING

Live gatherings may be recorded for members' personal review and access within the private community space. Recordings are for member use only and are not to be shared outside the group.

TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER

Live calls are hosted via third-party conferencing service. Suzanna Vardanyan is not responsible for interruptions due to internet connectivity, platform outages, or a member's personal equipment.

I understand that all information shared during the sessions will be kept confidential. Suzanna Vardanyan may use general, anonymized information for case studies or educational purpose, but my personal identity and details will not be disclosed without my consent.

CONSENT TO RECORDING

I consent to the recording of our sessions / services for the purpose of case studies and personal review. I understand that these recordings will be kept confidential and may be requested for my personal use only.

FEEDBACK & MARKETING CONSENT

Suzanna Vardanyan may edit and use my feedback for marketing purposes, with my prior consent.

DATA STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

Client information, including name, contact details, birth information and session / service notes or recordings, is stored and processed using SU based platforms and service providers. By booking a session or other services, clients outside the United States acknowledge and consent to their information being processed and stored in the United States.

UPFRONT FULL PAYMENT

Clients choosing to pay upfront in full must make the payment and schedule their appointment no less than 1 week before the service date. Once full payment has been made, if a client cancels, reschedules, or does not show up for subsequent appointments, they will be subject to the refund and cancellation policy outlined below. Clients should refer to those guidelines for clarity on requirements and expectations.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plan clients must make their scheduled payment 4 days prior to rendering services from Suzanna Vardanyan. Payment plans include a non-refundable portion, which is calculated into the total service amount (not an additional charge). Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in cancellation and adherence to the refund and cancellation guidelines.

BILLING & AUTO - RENEWAL FOR SACRED CIRCLE

Monthly Sacred Circle memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew each month until cancelled. Annual memberships are billed once per year at a discounted rate and will automatically renew annually until canceled.

CANCELLATION FOR SACRED CIRCLE

Monthly Sacred Circle members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current billing period already paid. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.

NO REFUNDS ON PARTIAL PERIODS FOR SACRED CIRCLE

Sacred Circle sessions are held at the end of each month. Payment for each month's session must be received no later than the 10th of that same month. Because this is a recurring membership, once the 10th of the month has passed, that month's payment is considered due and locked in.

If you have paid for a month and are canceling or not participating in that month's service, the general cancellation policy applies to that payment.
If payment for a month has come due but has not been paid, that amount remains outstanding. Should you wish to return to Sacred Circle or participate in any other Sacred Soul Blossom offering in the future, the outstanding amount must be paid in full before you may participate again.

For annual Sacred Circle memberships, any remaining months for which the 10th has not yet passed at the time of cancellation will be refunded per the general cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING

3 Days Notice: Cancelations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable portion of the payment.

24 - Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, in addition to the non-refundable portion. Rescheduling within this timeframe will also incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

Less than 24 - Hour Notice / No - Show: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged. Rescheduling will incur a $25 fee.

After Session Start: Once a session / service rendering starts, no refund will be issued.
