Healing Through Intuitive Art is a private, one-on-one session that combines simple, guided art-making with gentle energy work, to help you process feelings, quiet an overwhelmed mind, and reconnect with your body and intuition. This isn't about making "good" art, and you don't need any artistic experience at all. It's about giving what's inside you somewhere to go. We'll start by helping you settle into the present moment and get clear on what you want to focus on. Then, as you're guided through a simple art process, I'll be doing gentle energy work alongside you, supporting whatever your mind and body are ready to let go of.
