Upfront Full Payment:

  • Clients choosing to pay upfront in full must make the payment and schedule their appointment no less than 1 week before the service date.

  • Once full payment has been made, if a client cancels, reschedules, or does not show up for subsequent appointments, they will be subject to the refund and cancellation policy outlined below. Clients should refer to these guidelines for clarity on requirements and expectations.

Payment Plans:

  • Payment plan clients must make their scheduled payment 4 days prior to their appointment.

  • Payment plans include a non-refundable portion, which is calculated into the total service amount (not an additional charge).

  • Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in cancellation and adherence to the refund and cancellation guidelines.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling

  • 3 Days’ Notice: Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable portion of the payment.

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost, in addition to the non-refundable portion. Rescheduling within this timeframe will also incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

  • Less than 24-Hour Notice / No-Show: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged. Rescheduling will incur a $25 fee.

  • After Session Start: Once a session begins, no refunds will be issued.
